Tiffany Chapman, Realtor, SRS
Tiffany Chapman is a sixth generation Osceola County, Florida native with local knowledge and resources helping others achieve their real estate goals of buying, selling, or investing. Growing up in the construction industry, Tiffany has built an impressive network of business and professional relationships that allow her to assist her clientele with a quality, concierge-like service. Where roots run deep, so does a reputation; and, with integrity at the forefront of all of her dealings, Tiffany has proven herself to be a valuable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable asset to her clients. These qualities have enabled Tiffany the privilege of serving repeat clients, as well as receive referrals from those clients.
Tiffany had her first taste of real estate at 23 years old when she and husband Gibbs invested in a rental property. From that point on, she was hooked and began learning as much as possible about the industry. In 2013, she earned her real estate license and became a member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. With extensive experience in marketing and advertising, her focus turned to listing properties, which led her to earn the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation in 2014. In 2018, Tiffany became a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and continues to learn and grow as much as she can to better serve her clients in this ever-changing industry. Her goal is to be there for her clients every step of the way both during, and after the sale, so that they can achieve the most out of what could be the biggest investment of their lives, their home.
Tiffany, along with husband Gibbs and daughter Laurel, live on their family’s Ranch (Double C Bar Ranch) in Kenansville, Florida. They raise purebred Brahman cattle, run a commercial beef cattle operation, and operate a commercial and u-pick blueberry farm. She serves on the committee of the Miss Silver Spurs Pageant, an Osceola County tradition since 1960. She served as Chairwoman for the Pageant for 3 years. Her favorite part of the program is being able to help young ladies from 8-21 grow their confidence, social, and professional skills. Tiffany is a member of Heartcry Chapel in St. Cloud. She is also a member of the Kenansville Community Association, a not-for-profit organization serving to enrich the lives of Kenansville residents and preserve its history.
